• All kind of tile-coated floors
• Natural stone floor (marble, granite, basalt, etc.)
• Concrete, slipping surface too
• Porcelain and enamel baths
2. Is it also possible to use „AntiSlip system®” for treating parquet and linoleum flooring?
No, you may not treat these type of flooring with „AntiSlip system®”. It is possible to apply the non-slipping wax, abrasive tapes or brushes for this surface.
3. Does a visual look change after treating surface with „AntiSlip system®”?
In principle, no, but in separate rare cases which is possible to explain by the chemical composition of the treated surface, the brilliance of surface may grow pale a little bit, which in no case will affect the natural aspects of floor. Prior to treatment we always demonstrate the product on a very small area, in order a customer might be certain in friction properties and quality of the surface.
4. How to take care of the floor treated with „AntiSlip system®”?
You must not use detergents that contain soap (see “care”), as well as you must not treat the surface with the substances covering the surface (wax, polymer, etc.). In order to keep the non-slipping effect you should usually keep them clean.
5. Is „AntiSlip system®” resistant against chlorine, salt on roads sprinkled with salt or sand?
Yes. These substances will not cause damage to the treated surface.
6. Is it possible to use high-pressure cleaners?
Yes, but be careful with concentration of too much pressure, as it may damage the tile or seams thereof.
7. Is it possible to use „AntiSlip system®” for treating a plastic (polymer) bath?
No, „AntiSlip system®” does not affect these materials. In these cases we are able to offer abrasive „Aqua tape” tapes specially applicable for use in slipping conditions.
8. Is „AntiSlip system®” also effective under water?
Yes, it can be also used safe in swimming-pools and baths.
9. How long the treated surface will keep the anti-slip properties?
The manufacturer provides for anti-slip action on the treated surface for 2-3 years provided that it is duly taken care of. If floor is not used intensive, the period of action may be longer. In any doubt or ambiguity relative to the friction coefficient we are always ready to measure it free of charge.
10. How can AntiSLIP System® stop the grow of bacteria?
Bacteria/mold stop growing on the treated floor, because AntiSLIP System® covers all the pores where water collects. Without persistent water, microbes will not grow well.
